As a Corporate lawyer, I advise clients both public and private on matters ranging from day-to-day company advice and more focussed mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and fundraising for both established and early-stage companies.
I work with all types of companies and investment firms in various sector and have particular experience in technology, financial services and private equity investments. My aim is to be a trusted advisor to my clients and to get the best outcome for them whether that is a private equity or venture capital exit, company fundraise or matters relating to listed companies.
