I advise on corporate transactions, focusing particularly on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, early-stage companies and equity capital markets.
I support clients across the full deal lifecycle, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, as well as managing complex completion processes.
I’m experienced in acting for entrepreneurs, owner managed businesses, private equity funds and portfolio companies, along with corporates across a range of sectors including technology, sport, healthcare and energy.
I’m known for my calm, commercial approach and my ability to navigate technically challenging issues while maintaining clear, practical communication with clients.
