About me
As a Partner in Hill Dickinson’s Corporate Recovery and Insolvency team, I advise insolvency practitioners, funders, directors and investors across a full range of restructuring scenarios.
My work includes assisting insolvency practitioners and funders on their options and thereafter with implementation of various formal insolvency processes together with matters arising out of said processes, advising boards on their director duties, insolvency litigation, antecedent transaction claims and bankruptcy work.
Insolvency situations are rarely straightforward, and clients often face significant commercial, personal and emotional pressures. I bring a calm, empathetic and solution-focused approach that helps clients manage these pressures, navigate complexity, and achieve the best available outcomes. My technical expertise is firmly rooted in real-world application, recognising that every decision carries meaningful commercial and personal implications.
Outside work, I enjoy hobby farming. Raising animals and growing vegetables, quite literally, keep me grounded. Queen’s Hammer to Fall always gets airtime, as does The Pilgrim’s Progress as my most recommended read.
