About me
As an employment law specialist, I’m here to help clients find pragmatic solutions to their employment challenges, empowering them to cultivate positive workplace cultures.
I’m an expert in advising on internal disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy consultations, settlement agreements and employment contracts. I also have extensive experience in defending claims including discrimination and unfair dismissal as well as in advising employees on their rights.
I represent clients across a wide range of industries, from educational establishments to luxury yacht owners. Most of my clients are employers, but I enjoy acting for individuals as well.
I see myself as an extension of my clients’ teams, working to gain a deep understanding of their needs, so I can offer pragmatic, commercially minded advice to shape well informed decision making.
I have a strong background in HR and was a client of the firm before joining myself. This means I can put myself in my clients’ shoes, as I’m familiar with the day-to-day pressures they face. In doing so, I can help clients find practical solutions when challenges arise, saving them both time and money.

- Negotiating settlement terms on behalf of both employers and senior executives.
