Our Corporate team has advised the shareholders of E.Quality Training Limited on its sale to Leep Group, the training and skills development business backed by Palatine’s Impact Fund.
Founded in 1999, E.Quality Training is a specialist vocational training provider supporting young people aged 16 to 19 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET). The business delivers Department for Education-funded programmes in areas including childcare, health and social care and beauty from training centres across Staffordshire.
The acquisition strengthens Leep Group’s employability and skills offering and expands its reach into the 16–19 education and training market. Following a transition period, E.Quality Training will become part of Leep’s Back 2 Work division.
