Ventilation system specialist Expervent has been acquired by critical engineering services provider MARCH, in a deal supported by our Corporate team.
Founded in 2014 and based in the North East, Expervent designs, manufactures, installs and services ventilation systems across the UK, including Local Exhaust Ventilation (LEV) systems. The company’s LEV expertise helps clients to manage airborne contaminants such as dust, fumes and gases, supporting safe and compliant working environments across complex industrial sites.
The acquisition strengthens MARCH’s specialist engineering capability and supports a broader turnkey offering for customers. Headquartered in Glasgow, MARCH operates 26 service centres across England, Scotland and Wales.
Our Corporate team – including Matt Noon (Partner), Alex Thow (Legal Director), Patrick Reade (Legal Director) and Nick O’Shaughnessy (Associate) – acted as lead buy-side advisors to MARCH.
