Law firm Hill Dickinson has advised Artorius, a bespoke independent wealth management firm, on its acquisition of four Lancashire-based investment managers.
Based in Manchester and celebrating its 10-year anniversary, Artorius offers investment management, wealth advisory, family governance, portfolio management and credit structuring services, today managing £1.8 billion in client assets.
The four investment managers, based in Lancashire’s Lune Valley, are Hugo Pring, Rachel Tilburn, Jane Conlin, and Adrian Williams.
Corporate partner and head of the Liverpool office, Matt Noon, led on the provision of legal advice, supported by legal director Richard McKay (Corporate), with further assistance from James Tamm (Employment).
