Hill Dickinson’s Equity Capital Markets team has recently advised Cairn Financial Advisers, Hannam & Partners, Tavira, Oak Securities and SI Capital on a placing and subscription carried out by Helix Exploration plc which raised gross proceeds of £5 million from investors. Hannam & Partners and Tavira acted as co-lead bookrunners and joint brokers in connection with the placing alongside Oak Securities and SI Capital. The placing was conducted by way of an accelerated book-build process.
