Hill Dickinson’s Corporate and Banking, and Property and Construction teams have advised property developers Carpenter Investments Ltd on the funding of three key sites in Liverpool.
The Liverpool-based business has put in place a £55 million facility with Lloyds Bank plc, the bank’s second major investment in the Carpenter group in under a year.
