Commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has advised the shareholders of lawncare provider GreenThumb on sale of the business to Keyto, a Swedish lifestyle group offering professional services for homes and offices.
The deal will facilitate Keyto’s entry into the UK market and boosts its ambition to build a leading, tech-enabled, one-stop destination for home-related services internationally.
Headquartered in Wales and operating as a licensed franchise across the UK, GreenThumb is the UK’s largest lawncare provider with a nationwide network and almost 300,000 subscribing customers. The company combines deep horticultural expertise with a customer-centric approach and has established the most trusted brand in the market.
