Since transferring its listing to AIM on 10 June 2008, Johnson Service Group has demonstrated an impressive commercial and financial track record, strong shareholder returns and built a broad and supportive shareholder base. It is anticipated that the company’s ordinary shares would meet the market capitalisation and liquidity thresholds to be considered for inclusion in FTSE indices at FTSE’s September 2025 quarterly review.
