Managed IT Services Group Ltd (MITSG) has acquired Manchester-based managed services provider Everything Tech Limited in a deal that will see the expanded group make Manchester its national headquarters.
Law firm Hill Dickinson’s Manchester Corporate team advised MITSG on the legal aspects of the deal, led by corporate partner Jon Gillow and associate Graeme Anderson.
Everything Tech, founded by Lee Wrall and managing director Ruth Hall, will become the flagship brand in the wider organisation, bringing the total headcount to 100.

MITSG was founded by Mark Allen and Phil Smith and is a UK-based managed services provider established to offer SMEs a range of managed services around four distinct specialist units – cloud and remote desktop services, networks and security, voice and contact centre and IT support. The MITSG group is backed by Boost & Co for acquisition funding to facilitate its current expansion strategy.

Everything Tech Limited was recently recognised by Insider Media as one of the North West’s Most Exciting Companies. It is the latest of four acquisitions by MITSG since May 2021.
