International commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has advised Denmark-based NKT A/S, a leading supplier of cable and cable accessories to the energy sector, on its acquisition of Ventcroft Limited, a Runcorn-based family owned manufacturer of fire-resistant cables.
Corporate partner Mike Jones and senior associate Elizabeth Jones, of Hill Dickinson’s Liverpool office, advised the buyer on the acquisition.
With its leading fire-resistant cable technology, NKT considers Ventcroft a strong addition to its portfolio and expects the company to benefit from NKT’s broad reach across the European market and general ambitions for growth.
