International law firm Hill Dickinson’s corporate team has advised the shareholders of data science and AI consultancy Elastacloud on the sale of the business to Acora, creating a strategic partnership that aims to drive innovation and shape the future of data and AI.
Acora, which is backed by private equity firm LDC, is a leading UK IT and cyber security technology services company that provides an extensive range of services to over 300 organisations. Elastacloud is a UK- headquartered solutions provider that has partnered with companies such as Microsoft Solutions, Databricks and The National Museum of Computing at Bletchley Park to operate globally. It also has offices in Brazil, Spain and India.
David Mkhitarian, partner and head of Hill Dickinson’s Private Equity team, led on the provision of legal advice to the shareholders of Elastacloud, assisted by Harriet Adgie, Alexandra Bloomer and Paula Mas Alvarez.
