International law firm Hill Dickinson has advised on the sale of Symatrix, an Oracle HCM, Payroll, ERP, SCM and OCI partner, to US enterprise, Applications Software Technology (AST).
Manchester based Symatrix has signed a definitive agreement to be acquired by AST, a leading digital transformation solutions provider, as the latest step in AST’s global expansion.
Symatrix brings an established UK customer base that strengthens AST’s vertical expertise across numerous industries and provides a platform to further expand in emerging sectors. The deep consulting capabilities of Symatrix will also expand AST’s capabilities across Oracle Cloud Applications, including Supply Chain and Human Capital Management.
AST is a best-in-class enterprise solutions provider that has developed into a premier consultancy for complex Cloud needs across public and commercial industries. Its acquisition of Symatrix will complement and broaden AST’s core services, allowing it to reach new global markets and offer enhanced services to an expanded customer base.
Hill Dickinson’s corporate team provided legal advice on the sale, led by the firm’s national head of corporate, Ian Riggs, together with senior associate Graeme Anderson, associate Daniel McDonagh and paralegal Abigail Hill.
