We’re delighted to have advised Routes Healthcare, one of northern England’s leading providers of home and complex care, on the company’s acquisition of Just a Little Company (Care and Support at Home) Ltd.
The acquisition marks Routes’ expansion for the first time into Derbyshire, extending its footprint and bringing nearly 15 years of clinical expertise and infrastructure to support local people who need care at home.
The deal will also see Just A Little Company’s existing care teams continue supporting their local community in Chesterfield, but with the support of Routes' centralised functions in clinical governance, training, HR and operations and Access to Routes’ specialist clinical team of more than 13 registered nurses for complex care oversight.
Corporate partner Sandip Khroud and legal director Rebecca Bennett led on the provision of legal advice to Routes, assisted by corporate associate, Alice Golshekan.
Since being founded in 2009, Routes Healthcare has built an excellent reputation as a care provider across the North, so we were delighted to advise the company on its expansion, via acquisition, into Derbyshire. Now, as a combined entity, the deal creates much-needed additional resource in a market that’s crying out for more high-quality care provision. A great result all round.Sandip Khroud
