Commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has advised the shareholders of Scaled Solutions, an independent laboratory and consultancy company servicing the global energy sector, to Celnor Group, a provider of critical data for compliance, safety and sustainability purposes.
Scaled Solutions will join Celnor’s Analytical Sciences division, strengthening the group’s offering in laboratory testing and consultancy across international markets.
Scaled Solutions provides best-in-class testing and analytical services from its headquarters in Scotland and state-of-the-art facilities in the US, UAE and Malaysia.
Celnor Group is backed by private equity house Inflexion, whose industry-leading expertise in consolidating the TICC (testing, inspection, certification, and compliance) market aims to build the business with an ambitious acquisition strategy.
