Hill Dickinson advises shareholders of Crosby Associates Media on sale to Finelight Group

We’re pleased to have advised the shareholders of our longstanding client Crosby Associates Media, a provider of quality publishing and marketing solutions, on the sale of the business to Finelight Group, one of the UK’s leading B2B media groups.

Warrington-based Crosby Associates Media, which was established in 1997, serves a client portfolio rooted primarily in the Housing, Building and Constructions sectors, with clients also including trade federations, chambers of commerce and professional membership associations. The company produces content and events for over 30 established brands in all, with a combined readership of over 400,000.

The acquisition by Finelight Group accelerates its long-term strategy to build a diversified, high-quality media and events platform serving specialist industries and strengthens its national reach across Housing, Construction and Built Environment sectors.

Corporate partner Matt Noon and legal director Elizabeth Jones advised long standing clients, Lee and Rachel Carroll, the owners of Crosby Associates Media, on the legal aspects of the transaction.
