Hill Dickinson advises Swedish public listed Karnell Group on acquisition of LundHalsey (Console Systems)

Commercial law firm Hill Dickinson has advised Karnell Group AB, a long-term and active owner of leading industrial technology companies, on the company’s acquisition of premium UK console manufacturer, LundHalsey (Console Systems) Ltd.

Karnell has acquired 90% of the shares in LundHalsey, with an option to acquire the remaining shares from the sellers.

Founded in 1982 and based in Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, LundHalsey a designer and manufacturer of premium consoles used to equip control rooms globally across several industries, including aviation, industrial process control, broadcast, security and infrastructure.

Corporate partner Sean Lightfoot led on the provision of legal advice to Karnell, assisted by legal director Olivia Jones and associate James McCarthy (both Corporate) and Jon Pearson-Basudev (Real Estate).
