Hill Dickinson advises Xeinadin on acquisition of accountancy firm Bennett Whitehouse

Law firm Hill Dickinson has advised Xeinadin, a top 20 professional services practice in the UK and Ireland, on its acquisition of West Midlands accountancy firm, Bennett Whitehouse.

Xeinadin is a Top 20 firm of accountants and business advisors providing audit, accounts, payroll, corporate finance, corporate recovery, tax and VAT advice across the UK and Ireland. The multi-disciplinary business has more than 135 offices and 1900 employees in the UK and Ireland.

Founded in 2018, Bennett Whitehouse will be integrated into Xeinadin’s network of over 100 offices across the UK and Ireland while boosting the Group’s capabilities by adding specialist expertise in franchise payroll and service charge accounting.
