Hill Dickinson has advised Zeus Capital (as bookrunner and joint broker) and Arlington Group Asset Management (as joint broker) in relation to a conditional secondary placing by Main Market listed First Tin plc (LSE: 1SN).

The Placing was conducted by way of an accelerated bookbuild process and conditionally raised £8 million, subject to the publication of a prospectus and shareholder approval.

First Tin is a tin development company with advanced, low capex projects in Germany and Australia. The net proceeds of the fundraise will be used to further develop the two projects and to provide general working capital for the company.

The Hill Dickinson team was led by corporate partners Jaspal Sekhon and Jack Delaney with the support of Danielle Higgins (Associate) and Elly Falbo (Paralegal).
