Hill Dickinson’s Private Equity team advises Inflexion-backed Celnor Group and CHPK on acquisition of MC Plan & Site Services

International law firm Hill Dickinson has advised Celnor Group, a provider of critical data for compliance, safety and sustainability purposes, on the acquisition of MC Plan & Site Services Ltd (MC Plan) by CHPK, an existing member of the wider Celnor Group. This strategic partnership enhances CHPK’s building control expertise and service offering, providing clients with a wider range of technical support and resources.

Celnor Group is backed by private equity house Inflexion, whose industry-leading expertise in consolidating the TICC (testing, inspection, certification, and compliance) market aims to build the business with an ambitious acquisition strategy.

Established in 2013, MC Plan is based in Poole operating nationally and is a respected independent building control consultancy, renowned for its advisory services at all stages of the property lifecycle. MC Plan’s primary role is ensuring that projects are undertaken in a safe manner and are compliant with building regulations.
