International law firm Hill Dickinson has advised Celnor Group, a provider of critical data for compliance, safety and sustainability purposes, on the acquisition of LandScope Engineering Limited (LandScope). This strategic partnership enhances Celnor Group’s capabilities within its built environment operating division and LandScope will sit alongside several other surveying, consulting and geotechnical businesses within the Celnor Group.
Celnor Group is backed by private equity house Inflexion, whose industry-leading expertise in consolidating the TICC (testing, inspection, certification, and compliance) market aims to build the business with an ambitious acquisition strategy.
Established in 2004, LandScope is UK-based and one of the leading surveying companies that specialises in integrated survey solutions above ground, below ground and underwater. LandScope supports an array of 3D mapping systems including mobile, UAV and terrestrial and can merge different types of 3D data from various sources for visualisation, analysis, measurement, extraction, modelling, and sharing to suit end-user systems.
