The Hood, led by founder and managing director, Josephine Le, aims to revolutionise the maritime industry by connecting seafarers, their families, and maritime professionals. The platform offers a comprehensive suite of features, including job hunting, networking, and experience sharing.

Hill Dickinson’s Limassol team, led by head of the Limassol office George Zambartas, alongside ship finance partner Diana Syziu and associate Victor Oliynik worked with Josephine Le, providing legal advice in the run up to the platform’s launch.
