This strategic partnership enhances Celnor Group’s safety and compliance division, expanding its service offering into the electrical, fire, and lighting compliance market.
Celnor Group is backed by private equity house Inflexion, whose industry-leading expertise in consolidating the testing, inspection, certification and compliance market aims to build the business with an ambitious acquisition strategy.
Founded in 1970, CCS is one of the UK’s leading providers of electrical testing, compliance, and safety services. Operating nationally from multiple UK locations, the business supports clients across sectors including facilities management, retail, education, commercial property, healthcare, and infrastructure.
CCS specialises in electrical testing and compliance services delivered across national customer estates, including fixed wire testing and portable appliance testing to ensure customer comply with statutory regulations and insurance requirements. CCS has built a strong reputation for technical expertise, service quality and long-standing customer relationships across highly regulated environments.
