Our commercial team has advised Richmond Atlantic as it joins forces with ITV on a deal that will see Richmond Atlantic lead the broadcaster’s first move into the soft gaming market, following a competitive tender.

In a transformative deal in the iGaming sector, Richmond Atlantic will integrate Bingo and Spins product functionality into the existing ITV Win offering. The solution will focus on providing a fun, entertaining and engaging casual player experience with a rigorous approach to responsible gambling.

Richmond Atlantic is a newly launched venture backed by significant industry experience, bringing a proven track record of building and scaling successful gaming brands.

Our commercial partner Paddy Dwyer led on the provision of legal advice to Richmond Atlantic with support from data expert Eleanor Tunnicliffe and our employment team. The transaction involved complex commercial and regulatory considerations, with the team providing end-to-end support, navigating challenging positions and advising on risk allocation to secure a deal that balanced opportunity with protection.

The team delivered practical, risk-based advice on critical commercial matters, enabling Richmond Atlantic to move forward with confidence.

This partnership with ITV is a significant landmark in Richmond Atlantic’s growth strategy and a real vote of confidence in the company’s ability to add value to ITV Win’s existing offer. It was pleasure to work on this deal and we’re excited to see how the expanded offering is rolled out.
