We are pleased to have advised the shareholders of Summit Media, a provider of data driven digital media and marketing services, on the sale of the business to Manchester-based digital transformation group Glass Atlas.
Summit Media is a performance marketing and commerce consultancy specialising in the retail and eCommerce sectors. The business supports clients across the full digital commerce lifecycle, from strategy development and planning through to execution, optimisation, and ongoing performance improvement. Headquartered in Hull, Summit Media is a Google Premium Partner and has built a strong reputation for delivering measurable, performance driven outcomes for leading retail brands.
The acquisition included Summit Media’s Productcaster platform, a comparison shopping service (CSS) and product data feed management solution supporting blue-chip brands across Europe.
