Spearheaded by Gary Neville’s Relentless Group, our new state-of-the-art space at 1 St Michael’s will provide us with a transformational and unrivalled new workspace with a high-quality fit out, built around the needs of our people.
Designed by Incognito and delivered by DENTON, our new 18,200 sq ft workspace takes over the top office floor of the ten-storey development, offering sweeping views across Manchester’s city centre and features access to a private rooftop terrace.

As Manchester’s first fully net zero carbon commercial development, the ninth floor office has not only achieved SKA Gold but is targeting a NABERS 5-star rating and BREEAM Outstanding status, reflecting our continued commitment to environmental responsibility and sustainable business practices.
This move highlights our focus on the North West and our ambition to establish ourselves as one of the region’s most active law firms. From a small team on Fountain Street nearly three decades ago to a 230-strong presence today, our Manchester story has been one of steady growth, resilience, and ambition.
Our new Manchester home also forms part our long-term investment plans in the UK by strengthening our national offering while embedding ourselves further into regional markets. It comes off the back of our Leeds office move into 11 Wellington Place in January 2024 and the opening of our first Birmingham office in February the same year.
Having continuously grown headcount year-on-year, this ongoing regional expansion cements our commitment to delivering industry-leading advice to clients, wherever they are in the UK, while providing best-in-class facilities for legal talent to thrive.
