Our UK-based teams have secured another positive performance in this year’s Chambers rankings, including five additional new rankings.
The annual Chambers UK Guide ranks the expertise of more than 900 firms and almost 15,000 lawyers.
This year saw our teams secure 36 rankings, an increase on 31 last year, including seven ‘top tier’ rankings. The firm was listed as ‘top tier’ in areas including corporate/M&A in the North West, with our national capabilities recognised in relation to shipping, logistics and commodities and healthcare.
We also saw a range of new rankings in practice areas including in Real Estate (London and Midlands) and Construction (London), as well as for our Employment law offering in Yorkshire.
In total, 73 individuals were recognised across the firm, including 13 lawyers ranked as ‘eminent practitioner’, ‘senior statesperson’ or a ‘band one lawyer’. Congratulations to Partner Joanne Radcliff (Family) and Legal Director Louise Wilson (Healthcare and Public Law) who achieved band one status for the first time.
