We’re proud to have been named as a supplier on Government Commercial Agency’s (GCA) newly expanded Legal Services Framework.
Government Commercial Agency (GCA) is the UK’s central commercial and procurement organisation, connecting public and private sectors to achieve the best outcomes for the UK and its citizens. GCA uses its commercial expertise to create a simpler procurement experience that redirects valuable resources into essential public services – creating value for the nation.
GCA has named Hill Dickinson as a supplier to five of six lots on the newly expanded framework, RM6374 – Legal Panel for Public Sector which provides public sector organisations covering health, education, local and regional government, infrastructure, emergency services and the third sector, with full access to a broad range of legal support.
Our full-service team has been appointed to each of the following Lots:
Lot 1a – Full Legal Service Provision for all Public Sector
Lot 1b – Full Legal Service Provision for Local Government and Local Communities
Lot 1c – Full Legal Service Provision for Health and Social Care
Lot 3 – Litigation and Disputes
Lot 4 – Projects and Complex Advice including PPP
Our project team was led by Partner Jamie Foster, who will act as first port of call for any future enquiries.
The appointment builds on our role as a major supplier to the NHS and other public sector organisations, as well as our presence on other procurement frameworks covering central government, local authorities, housing providers and educational institutions in the UK.
