Helen Foley brings over 18 years of experience advising both UK and international clients on employment law issues. Joining from Duane Morris, Helen’s experience includes conducting workplace investigations, HR compliance reviews and employment transformation services.
Charlotte Fallon joins from Addleshaw Goddard and brings over 25 years’ experience in corporate tax. With over 30 years’ experience in both business and commercial law, Gary Parnell joins from Stevens & Bolton having originally begun his career in the IT industry at a leading telecommunications business. His experience covers everything from digital technology, outsourcing, data privacy and security to ecommerce, intellectual property, procurement and advertising. His expertise also covers the insurance industry, providing clients with specialist commercial law advice.
These latest appointments follow a period of continued growth for Hill Dickinson’s London office, which now numbers more than 250 people. In July, the London office welcomed Keith Barnett and Hanna Ross in its real estate team, along with Sam Nichols who joined the firm’s construction team at the start of the year. The latest additions of Helen, Charlotte and Gary reflect the continued growth of the firm’s wider business services group, which now accounts for over half of the firm’s total annual turnover.
