We’ve further strengthened our national Real Estate practice with the appointment of Ayesha Hasan as Partner in our London office at Broadgate Tower.
Bringing almost 25 years' experience advising investors, asset managers, property companies, occupiers and lenders, Ayesha joins Hill Dickinson having led the London Real Estate Transactions team at another major UK law firm.
A real estate and real estate finance specialist, Ayesha advises on acquisitions and disposals, investment and financing transactions, portfolio management, landlord and tenant matters, restructurings and distressed situations.
Ayesha joins Hill Dickinson as we continue to invest in our 75-strong national Real Estate practice. The appointment builds on the recruitment of highly experienced London Real Estate lead Keith Barnett and Partner Hanna Ross last year, with the firm further scaling up its capabilities in the City as one of its key strategic growth markets.
Ayesha’s appointment represents our 20th senior lateral hire this year, with the firm enjoying a sustained period of growth and investment – supported by our 250-strong team in London.
