About me
I’m a construction lawyer specialising in dispute resolution.
My clients include contractors, consultants, funders and developers. I regularly act for them in a wide range of disputes concerning payment, defects (including fire safety) and extensions of time. I also advise on various non-contentious construction law matters.
Problem solving is a passion of mine. Whenever I’m presented with a pressing challenge, I investigate from all angles, taking this expertise to develop pragmatic, commercially savvy solutions that clients can depend upon to resolve their dispute and achieve their broader aims.
I’ve got a talent for finding the best route through which to settle a matter. I’ve supported clients through every major form of dispute resolution — litigation, arbitration, adjudication (including enforcement) and mediation — tailoring strategies to suit the complexity and context of each case.
