I’m a corporate finance lawyer and work in a dual role, both as a practising corporate lawyer and as an investment banker, which enables me to deliver legal solutions that are grounded in a deep understanding of market dynamics and transactional structures.
I represent a diverse range of clients across the corporate finance landscape, including publicly listed companies, private equity firms, financial institutions and multinational corporate groups. With more than two decades of experience, I provide clients with strategic legal advice that’s both technically robust and commercially informed.
I advise on a wide range of complex matters including public company takeovers, mergers and acquisitions, privatisations and initial public offerings in Hong Kong, with a strong focus on regulatory compliance and deal structuring.
