About me
I help healthcare organisations navigate commercial property transactions, advising on acquisitions, disposals and leases.
My clients span both the public and private sectors, including NHS Trusts, integrated care boards, wholly owned subsidiaries, private providers, primary care networks and charities.
My approach is to offer clear, practical, commercially focused advice, that’s easy to understand, so clients can make informed decisions on how best to move forward and get the deal over the line.
Clients describe me as approachable and friendly, valuing my good communication skills and my ability to be responsive, professional and reactive. Regardless of the circumstances or timescales involved, I always put my clients first, ensuring issues are dealt with quickly and effectively.
I’m also committed to promoting the wellbeing of my colleagues, serving as the benefits champion for our Newcastle office and getting involved in fundraisers to support our office charity. Outside of work, I’m an animal lover - I have two Lhasa Apsos, who are more high maintenance than my toddler!
