Alexander Thow

Alex is a senior associate within the Corporate team at our Liverpool office.

Alex advises clients (including SME’s, PLC’s and Private Equity Houses) on M&A transactions, corporate reorganisations, private equity investments and general company law matters.

Alex graduated from the University of Leeds with First Class Honours before completing his legal practice course at BPP Liverpool, where he obtained a Distinction.
