About me

I advise public and private companies across sectors such as education, entertainment, life sciences, mining and AI, on a variety of corporate transactions and governance work.

I help clients by drafting key documents including prospectuses, admission documents and share purchase agreements, carrying out due diligence, navigating the FCA and LSE processes for listed clients and acting as a main point of contact throughout the transaction.

My hands-on experience in equity capital markets transactions across both the Main Market and AIM means I have a strong understanding of the regulatory and listing requirements, enabling me to guide clients through the processes efficiently.

Whether it's advising on IPOs, secondary fundraisings or reverse takeovers, I prioritise building strong, collaborative relationships, managing high-pressure timelines while keeping you up to speed with calmness and clarity.

The continuous learning my role offers is so rewarding to me. Each deal presents a unique set of challenges and opportunities and I love supporting our clients in achieving their strategic goals.
