Amelia joined Hill Dickinson in 2019 as a paralegal in the corporate commercial team. She trained with the firm and qualified in 2022.
Amelia has experience in a range of corporate transactions and governance work. She assists clients undertaking initial public offerings, reverse takeovers and secondary fundraises. In 2021, Amelia was part of the team that advised EMMAC Life Sciences Limited (now Curaleaf International Limited), a medical cannabis company, on the US$345M acquisition by Curaleaf Holdings, Inc.
Amelia studied law at the University of Reading, graduating with a LLB in 2015. She completed her LPC MSc in Law, Business and Management at the University of Law (London Moorgate) in 2016.
