About me
Corporate law is my area of expertise. I focus particularly on equity capital markets, public and private mergers and acquisitions as well as investment strategy implementation.
My client base is broad, and I act for businesses of all sizes. The kinds of clients I work with include listed companies along with brokers and new issuers.
I listen to my client's particular needs and implement a deal structure that works specifically for them. I don't get bogged down in minor details and take a ‘big picture’ approach, offering pragmatic guidance and in-depth sector knowledge to help clients craft strategies that work for them.
Through my role, I get to help start ups, early stage and high growth companies secure access to capital and implement their business plans. Getting to play a part in their growth journey and help them bring about long term success is something I never fail to find rewarding.
Supporting the development of emerging legal talent is a priority for me. I lead my team’s work experience programme, which provides students with meaningful insights into a career in law.

- Has worked on secondment with one of the firm's FTSE 250 clients.
- Advised Fairview international on its initial public offering to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, and connected fundraising, with a market capitalisation of £55.6 million.
- Advised London BTC Company on its admission to the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange, the first listing of a Bitcoin company on the Main Market.
- Advised 4basebio PLC on its £40 million equity issuance and connected £29.4 million secondary sale.
- Advised the shareholders of whyaye, a UK-based consulting services provider for the ServiceNow platform, on the sale of whyaye to global consultancy, EY.
- Advised the founders of leading independent ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) digital transformation business and global Workday partner, CloudRock, on a partnership-led investment by Growth Capital Partners (GCP).
