Andrew is a partner in the commercial litigation team. He represents businesses and individuals in a variety of commercial disputes.

Details

Andrew specialises in complex shareholder disputes, contentious data protection, defamation, reputation management and privacy. He has conducted major cases in both the Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court. He is also experienced in arbitration and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.

Andrew studied literature at the University of Edinburgh before completing his professional qualifications at BPP Law School in Manchester. He holds the Practitioner Certificate in Data Protection.
