Anjon Mallik

Since 1998, Anjon has been advising companies in the construction sector across the North of England and the Midlands. He has particular expertise in handling delay and disruption claims, issues relating to defective work and loss and expense actions, as well as interim and final account disputes. Anjon has also been involved in a number of cases relating to allegations of professional negligence by architects and engineers.

Anjon’s recent experience involves advising organisations with their responses to the requirements of the Building Safety Act. He also deals with all forms of development work ensuring that the relevant construction contracts and warranties are in place so that the requirements of any particular project can be met.

Anjon has considerable adjudication experience with an impressive track record. He has also conducted over 50 mediations and regularly deals with matters in the Technology and Construction Court. He is familiar with all JCT and NEC forms of contract and has produced bespoke set of contract conditions for a number of main contractors.  Anjon also delivers training to those in the construction sector with an emphasis on practical situations.
