Details

Barry’s practice focuses on corporate strategy, restructuring and liability mitigation. Barry has extensive experience of multi-employer schemes, funding negotiations and dealing with the regulatory authorities. His advice covers deficit management, scheme design/redesign and termination debts.

Barry has a broad trustee client base, advising on statutory compliance, regulatory change and scheme buy-outs. Areas of specialism include, pension protection fund restructuring, devising funding solutions and implementing security arrangements.

Barry re-joined Hill Dickinson from Herbert Smith Freehills in 2013. He read History at the University of Leeds before converting to law in 2003.
