Ben deals with all aspects of real estate work including investment and development transactions, both for commercial/mixed use and residential projects, as well as acting for both landlords and tenants on commercial occupier work. Ben has particular expertise in long term, strategic development and regeneration projects and acts for clients ranging from plc housebuilders to smaller, regional developers. He works collaboratively as part of the client’s team to ensure joined up advice is provided to the client from its whole professional team.
Ben studied Law and French at the University of Birmingham, including 1 year at the Universite de Limoges.

- Acted on the acquisition and redevelopment of a site on the banks of the River Thames for residential development with a gross development value in excess of £250 million.
- Acted on the acquisition, development and letting of a portfolio of 5 new supermarkets for the developer providing new stores for a major national supermarket brand.
- Acted on the acquisition and redevelopment of residential development schemes for plc housebuilder to regenerate former industrial land in Longbridge, Birmingham and Goodyear, Wolverhampton.
- Acted on the acquisition of a portfolio of investment property assets for a private high net worth investor with a value of over £20 million.
- Acting on strategic land projects to deliver substantial new residential settlements and commercial employment areas.
