Caroline is a legal director in the cargo and logistics team. She has specialist expertise in international goods in transit claims and related commercial disputes and in contract drafting for the logistics industry and its customers.

Details

Caroline has qualified as both a solicitor and a barrister, and currently practises as an employed barrister within the cargo and logistics team. She joined the firm in 2002, and has worked in the team since 2005.

Caroline specialises in international recoveries and liability claims arising from the carriage of goods by road, sea and air. She also advises on marine insurance policy disputes, international trade matters/commercial disputes, and has specialist expertise in commercial contract drafting for the logistics industry and its customers.

After obtaining her MA from Cambridge University, Caroline completed her post-graduate law diploma and bar vocational course (BVC) at City University and the Inns of Court School of Law in London, before being called to the Bar in 2001. After joining the firm, she also qualified as a solicitor-advocate, and now practices as an employed barrister in her specialist field.
