As Finance Director at Hill Dickinson, I work closely with the CEO, leadership and business teams to ensure our financial management fully supports sustainable growth and strategic priorities.
I’m a Fellow of the ICAEW with more than 20 years’ senior finance experience across sectors including law, manufacturing and transport.
I seek to bring calm, pragmatic and commercially grounded insight to financial leadership — translating financial data into meaningful, accessible metrics that support confident decision-making across the business. I’m passionate about ensuring colleagues can engage with financial information in a clear, practical way that informs strategy at every level.
Outside work, I love exploring new destinations, with Milos in Greece topping the list so far. When time (and the weather) allows I enjoy gardening and growing fruit and veg or practising yoga.
