Christiana Demetriou

Christiana is a Senior Associate in the Commercial Healthcare and Life Sciences team. Her particular expertise covers working with NHS and private healthcare organisations on M&A transactions, commercial matters, health tech and primary care.

Christiana trained at a healthcare specialist firm, working mainly with healthcare practitioners. She has been with the firm since May 2017.

She has been involved in providing transactional, commercial, and contractual advice to a range of private healthcare providers, NHS organisations, and healthtech start-ups. She has advised on a number of issues including commercial agreements, joint ventures, collaboration agreements, NHS contracts, sub-contracting arrangements and the assignment and licensing of intellectual property. She has also supported clients on COVID-19 queries and projects since the beginning of the pandemic in March 2019.

Christiana completed her history degree at Leicester University in 2010, before going on to complete the GDL and LPC at BPP Law School in London in 2012-2013.
