Cyprien Berlan

Cyprien started his training contract with the company in March 2020 before qualifying in the Corporate Commercial team in January 2022. Cyprien has experience in a range of corporate transactions including initial public offerings, reverse takeovers and secondary fundraises as well as mergers and acquisitions.

Cyprien joined the firm in August 2018 as a paralegal in the real estate team. He provided support for client in commercial property investment/development and real estate finance.

Cyprien completed his BSc in Economics, Politics and International Studies at the University of Warwick in 2016, his GDL in 2017 and LPC at the University of Law (Moorgate) in 2018.
