About me

As a corporate lawyer, I work with a broad spectrum of clients, such as owner-managed businesses, companies, entrepreneurs, private equity houses and other financial institutions on a variety of transactions.

Whether it be corporate reorganisations, mergers and acquisitions or investments, I like to take a goal-oriented approach and prioritise understanding your strategic aims so that I can offer pragmatic and commercial advice.

I genuinely love seeing a deal come together at the finishing line for our clients - helping them realise the value of their hard work on the sell-side or supporting an acquisition that opens the door to future growth.

Outside of work, I recently took part in a 24-hour running endurance event with two other colleagues to raise money for the Teenage Cancer Trust. Staying active is a big part of my life - I’m usually out running at the gym or hiking in the Lake District whenever I get the chance.
