Danielle Higgins

Danielle is an associate in the Corporate team at our London (City) office. Her expertise includes a range of private and public corporate transactional work including mergers and acquisitions, disposals, corporate governance matters, venture capital work, and initial public offerings on AIM and the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange.

Danielle has been with the firm since November 2021, having previously trained and qualified at a firm in Kent. Before joining the firm, she specialised in both corporate and commercial work and also gained experience in intellectual property and non-contentious employment matters.

Danielle particularly specialises in private M&A, corporate advisory and venture capital work, acting for private companies of varying size, start-ups and emerging companies, as well as assisting in Equity Capital Market transactions.

Danielle completed her LLB Law degree at the University of Southampton and graduated with First Class Honours in 2016. She then went on to complete the legal practice course and graduated with a Masters degree in professional legal practice from the University of Law (Guildford) in 2018.
