David grew up in the North East, but moved to Liverpool to train with the firm back in 2001 and he has been with the firm ever since.
David deals with general commercial property work, but has a particular expertise in relation to the property side of utilities. He has acted for both landowners and utility companies in negotiating transfers, leases, licences and easements in relation to apparatus. He also has an expertise in electronic communications matters, acting mainly for landowners.
David graduated from the University of Sheffield with a 2:1 degree in law.
