Dian has experience working as a real estate lawyer in the banking market and on development matters. She operates from the Leeds office, but regularly visits Manchester and London. She regularly acts for banks and financial institutions, developers, borrowers, administrators and corporate clients.
Particular expertise includes: acquisition finance, development finance, refinancing for both lender and borrower clients, distressed property sales, acquisitions conditional on planning and redevelopment.
